BOTH SPECIES CAMPAIGN?

I was playing halo 2 the other day and i thought…
in halo 4 shouldn’t we be able to play as another species? I mean master chief in one mission the maybe an elite or for runner in the other! that would be kinda cool! even in halo 3 in co op you could be elites/arbiter. and the the two stories come together as one! what U think?

No thank you.

I didn’t mind it much in Halo 2. But in Halo 4 i don’t see it working.

I wouldn’t mind a level were you fight as a marine or ODST. Would definitely make it more diverse.

I liked that in Halo 2. So many noobs complained about it that the Arbiter was just set aside in Halo 3. I would love a “double campaign” again.

I’d accept Master Chief reliving a Forerunner memory but I’ll pass on bringing back dual campaigns.

The more content the better. But if they did this, I want a separate disk.

Isn’t this supposed to be Chief’s story and him confronting his destiny? Wouldn’t jumping form character to character at any money ruin that?

nop cause its master chief an UNSC fight and arbyter just join UNSC iwht the elites so its fine but if we play as brute or forerunner or flood its not gonna have a definitive ending

The Elites didn’t join the UNSC.

-Yoink!- they help them cause they obiusly where more intelligent and more informed that what really happened so they joined UNSC am meaning they both join the forces together didnt u see the part of exchanging weapons?

  1. Please type better, I can barely understand you.
  2. If that highlighted word is you attempting to call me a -Yoink-, that’s immature and uncalled for.
  3. Just because they joined forces for the end of Halo 2 and Halo 3 doesn’t mean they were permanent allies. The Arbiter himself doesn’t even really care about humanity. It’s all in Halo: Glasslands.

  1. -Yoink!- is more shorter than yoink and remember when the arbyter and the czaptani stretch hand saying the magic words, and in halo glasslands isnt all, its all on frank connor mind.

EDIT: LOL CAZPTAN. wont correct it

It is very immature and unnecessary. And yeah, Lord Hood said thanks for the help right after saying “I can never forgive your people of what you did”. That does not mean the Elites and humans are bets buds. They have a very stressful relationship at best.

We might play as the forerunner… who knows :open_mouth:

Theres always those “flashback” scenes like in ODST… could happen in Halo 4!

He was referencing the end of the Human-Covenant War, not forever. Hell, I doubt anyone who just blindly love the Elite race after they spent 30 years murdering billions of humans.

this.

maybe master chief uses a virtual reality pod to have an “assassins creed” style memory.

Now that I think about it, the Forerunner memory might work. It could be a great way to show what happened on the Legendary Planet long before Chief arrived on it. However it still might hurt the overall story if resources after taken away from the main story to get this hammered out.

Your grammar is atrocious…

If you read any post Human Covenant War books or stories, you would take not that humans and Elites are most certainly not allies.

When he reaches out his hand it’s to thank the Arbitor for staying with the Chief until the end. That’s it.
