I received both emails saying I’ve been invited but I haven’t received a code. I also checked my Insider tab to see it was there like some people have suggested but It’s not there.
just give up and cry, they wont do anything at all for you. Happened the same for me, no message on inbox, or my flight tabs, but received both emails.
Looks like I’m not alone on this one, gonna go outside and touch some grass I guess…

I had my key within the email, it wasn’t super obvious it was there.
Odd that some are going out with keys, some aren’t

Mine said head to halo waypoint, underneath there seems to be a blank space potentially for a code.
When I click the waypoint link I just have an old invitation to a Halo 4 flight

Ah, nightmare. Unsure what the process is to report this?
I got my invite and key at 3 AM UK time. Maybe their automated system is having problems atm. Try contacting their support and see if they get back to you. I was also invited to the Microsoft Store flight and it takes us to a Halo 2 non-existent page, so, go figure HAHA. It’s probably bugged atm.

at least im not alone here. was feeling pretty defeated. hopefully someone finds a fix and maybe they extend it. or at least guaruntee us access to the next flight.
I think if you can submit a ticket if you think it’s a mistake I got my key but got the update needed but can’t right now error…

There’s no key where there should be. I saw a screenshot on reddit of where the key should be, and I can see the July Tech Preview, but in the space under “Additional Information” there is nothing. When I click on the link it leads me to a Halo Insider Support page stating that I have not been invited to any previews (I do have the invitation emails and Halo Waypoint messages saying that I was invited though)

Same happened for me. Submitted a ticket on the support website (not the insider support because I get ‘access denied’ when I try to go on the website) at about 10am BST, but no response yet. Hopefully they’re aware of the issue and are trying to sort it.
