Not that I’m against the ‘343 Joke’ naming conventions for bots, but I really enjoyed that in the match at the end of the tutorial all of the bots are named as actual Spartans.
I’d be all in renaming bots after Spartans. I’d even be stoked to see big name or MIA Spartans in their signature armor.
The 343 named bots are probably better than actual 343 Devs
I think they use the “343 ___” format to avoid bot names looking like actual gamer tags. A lot of people go by stuff like “Spartan Max”, “Spartan S-818”, and “ODST Lisa” or something.
I would love it if we could do custom bots. Imagine doing custom games with Blue Team or your own made up Spartans.
