I am SentryDelta, and I am wanting to start a new kind of Halo group. I don’t really like these style of clans that want to be military like or form these clicks and you feel like an outsider from the first day and you need to prove your worth to someone.
I am trying to build a community of gamers who enjoy playing hard, playing to win, but are able to laugh and have a good time. One where Leaders are just normal members of the community. Thats why I started BOT. I use facebook as of right now to keep the group organized and to keep the games flowing and people in the loop. I want all members to be creating events for the group, outlining what activities you want to do, when you want to do them, and then allowing others to join or rsvp to these events. I used this system a lot with a destiny clan, and the results were good. People knew when I was going to raid, and they showed up ready to raid. If the numbers were low, I knew a head of time and could use a LFG site to fill in the holes. I want to apply this first to Halo, and see if we can expand this to other things.
The group is small, thats why I need you. I want you to help me build a foundation of a group that wants to play games and make this group a hub for people to meet, grow their friends list, and organize activities. I don’t care about your age, I don’t care where you are from, I just ask you have a mic for team work and that you treat everyone with respect.
