Anyone else noting the bots are a little off? I have noticed them spinning around firing into the air or getting stuck on nothing. Sometimes the ai seems good and you note them working together usually in groups of two and even performing flaking manouveres, then other times it’s a bit off.
Well they are marines, I think they get smarter the longer the match goes on. Plus they’ll get harder when ODST and Spartan mode is turned on

Perhaps. Other than that I really feel like the game feels pretty good.

Two major flaws I noticed in their AI:

You come out of a building and they see you and start shooting. If you hide back inside the building you just came out of, they’ll forget you were there and go off to do something else.

When you’re invisible and shooting at them, they just kind of stand there like deer in headlights. Even the enemy AI in old Halo games don’t react like that lol
Yeah they forget about you a little too quickly if you break line of sight, especially if another player is shooting at them.
They also occasionally just aim straight down at the ground and fire at times.
I also noticed they sometimes pause before changing an action, ie they are shooting and are about to throw a grenade, they just stop for a moment completely, then throw.
Agreed on them losing interest in you too quickly.
BUT they are surprisingly smart. Beats some A.I we fight in Campaigns from past Halo games, like the elites.
Even if they in the matches I played are under with 10-20 kills, they are promising.
Not least, they are only Marine A.I in spartan bodies…
Cant wait to see ODST and Spartan level of A.I.
Hope they learn inside each A.I level bracket AND…
Make use of that A.I by putting them in enemies into the Campaign/ Firefight/ Custom games with A.I and so on.

I have noticed they learn as the match goes on as well. They start off as simpletons and move up to team mechanics in the later part of the match. Later in the match I have noticed them grouping up, team shooting, and strafing a lot more than at the beginning of the match.
The bots are literally 50% terminator 50% pure chaos. I love them lol

Lol seriously they are either staring at a gun on the wall for a crazy amount of time or killing you rapidly.

Lets not even talk about spartan level bots lol
