I love getting 22 kills and an Overkill in a game where we are up by about 12 points, but then a teammate crashes and a bot gives the enemy 8 free kills with no kills of their own.
Up the bot difficulty or remove them. It’s actually trash.

That only really effects Slayer matches ,where kills are the focus. But for every other game mode should be fine…
Increasing their difficulty standing though would be nice regardless…

I mean it’s arguably worse in objective games tbh. For example, when you’re trying to tactically hold the flag at your base cause yours is stolen, the bot will just pick it up and hold it without assisting against attackers.

I dont get why marine bots are always spawning, even in games where the level is easily above Spartan level bots. And even casual has sbmm, so i dont see how they cant implement a bot level system if they’re afraid bronze players will get destroyed by spartan bots

It’s insane to me that they aren’t using Spartan difficulty bots. They’re a waste of space, they never get kills, they are free points for the enemy team, and they’re worthless at doing the objective. 343 needs them to be Spartan difficulty at the minimum.

And what is with the bots always getting themselves one-shot then jumping in the air and turning their backs like they’re trying to ninja you from half a map away.

, I’m one shot, I’ll just stop firing, jump in the air and turn around”

the worst part is that they aren’t even well programmed. instead of staying with the team and watching angles, they’ll literally just run in to solo 1v4. they don’t belong in matches, even at spartan difficulty. i’d easily prefer an empty slot.

It’s pretty frustrating, I agree! They’ve got an easy fix for players dropping out with bots and they’re choosing not to use it, at least make them ODST level!
At that point they could do away with people joining mid match aswell because I’m getting pretty sick getting matched into already losing games!

Considering the god awful SBMM in what is supposed to be Social they might as well bump up the bots to triple the Spartan difficulty, and call it a day. Anyone looking for a chill match will not find it outside of customs, so it really wouldn’t change the game at all besides giving you a reliably competent AI partner.

Well I have to agree The Bots Are Really Stupid 
Example: In Custom Games I ran Hightower with BTB CTF and the Eagle bot are really stupid. The Cobra Bots are smart. The bots took the Eagle flag and brought it back to their base but just ran around the base base and would not cap the flag.
The Cobra bots would cap the flag.

bots on odst difficulty are pretty good actually, they do a lot of strafing when fighting, they nade alot and put up a good fight against actual people

meanwhile players don’t know they have to stay near the flag for it to not auto return.
