Some time down the line, when infinite is nearing the end of it’s 10 life span, I think a very special person should appear as the second to last or third to last boss in the final story dlc.
I think the propaganda grunt should appear as a boss in a grunt goblin suit, furious at master chief for destroying all his towers and putting him out of a job. He can scream hilarious taunts at him and complain about how chief ruined his career.
