For starters, don’t name the company after someone who is known for backstabbing people (Guilty Spark) and instead name yourself after the guy who keeps the promises he makes (Spartan John Gigachad 117)

I was saying your passionate. I got bored at work too. I wrote an ODST fan fiction. Used characters 343 doesn’t use anymore. I made up scenes that answered questions about the halo universe that never made sense to me. Like if the Covenant glassed hundreds of human colonies for 25 years was evacuation the best option? No, and I’m not giving the answer to 343 here for free either. Also since earth was the first planet of inner colonies to be attacked after Reach would ONI risk leaving that as its headquarters. Probably not. Since it was an ODST story and I’m a fan of Firefight I put in a Gruntpacolypse. I also killed Del Rio.

Done that before.
I have ENTIRELY rewritten the stories of Halo 4, Halo Spartan-Ops, and Halo 5 to be more likeable to the target audience of Halo WHILE still leading into Halo Wars 2 and Halo Infinite.

Nice, I got one brewing about Spartan James they left floating in space back in Fall of Reach. He was in a power suit that is designed to enter the atmosphere after all.

I spend 60 hours a week at my place of employment.
What little time I have at home is spent mostly trying to wind-down and relax from the exhaustion of working 12 hour shifts.

I am thinking of learning Blender so I can make renders and maybe make models for things such as VR Chat.
Who knows, maybe someday I will be able to work regular 8 hour shifts once again and then get more time to do elective stuff.

Especially since I now have a better PC that has far more range of capabilities.

That’s how I imagined Cross core customization. Pick a suit, then customize it with all items available such as Helmets, Shoulder pieces, Chest accessories, color etc. Cross core with Fractured armors would be nice, but it wouldn’t bother me if it doesn’t happen.

I 95% agree with this, only not all items can be fully cross-core.

For example, some chest pieces add new armor that is specifically molded to the shape of your armor base. This is most apparent when it comes to the Fractures armor sets as Yoroi and Eaglestrike chest-pieces tend to be molded to the more rounded-shape of the armor while chest attachments for the Mark V Bravo, the Mark VII, and Rakshasa are all designed around a more box-like shaped chest piece.

So as a result, cross core is able 100% across the board for all armor pieces EXCEPT for some chest pieces.
Otherwise, yeah, Cross-Core SHOULD be a thing.

I do.
When I am not at a desk position, I am roving the floors and responding to PA calls for assistance.
When at a desk, I am mostly checking people in and ensuring everyone is made aware of and following policy.

Sounds like wall we need is the Red-&-Gold Armor Coating, the JFO helmet, and a new pair of jeweled gloves added to the game to complete it.

The problem is, even if 343 wants to do better, they can’t.

They have a massive manpower issue if their career page is anything to go off on, and their glassdoor reviews are very unappealing to people looking to find a job there. I’ve mentioned this elsewhere but failure after failure may not have been a financial failure and so they get to keep 343 running, but failure to meet the public and the fans’ expectations coupled with these 3rd party reviews just paints a rather bleak picture for 343.

If no one’s joining, no one’s producing anything. No one’s producing anything, no one’s getting any content. No content, no players. Infinite’s future is pretty dark.
