I have a question for the community? Where is the option to kick people from your custom game you are hosting? I haven’t had to think about that until recently when a troll entered my custom game and started ruining the game. I had to end it to kick him because I could not find an option to kick!
Am I just blind as a bat? Or is the feature completely gone?

I generally have a policy of taking names and booting as soon as the match ends.

Seems to be the set standard for most games I’ve been in.
Its a pain in the butt for machinima directors. Good scene’s going on, one person refuses to work with him, the ENTIRE SESSION has to stop, the person is booted, then started back up again and EVERYONE has to get back to their places…it sucks.

It’s definitely something I’d like to see added.
It blows my mind that this isnt already a thing. Its one of those simple features in past halo’s that you just have to wonder why it didnt make the cut
Its a feature we used to have so I don’t understand why they took it out. We get people camping in spawn in custom games and we can’t get them out without ending the game and losing half our lobby due to people losing connection from a game ending or getting impatient.
They need to add the kicking from game back, it gets annoying when you’re trying to do something with friends and some random person joins and starts messing everything up.
Does anyone know WHY they took it out? Or is it just something they overlooked?
I usually don’t ask for this, but it would be very nice if a 343 Dev or someone at 343 would lend us a hand here.

I think it had to do with something being more friendly oriented.

Like how they took out map voting right?
I’m kinda surprised that this isn’t a option already.
Especially for custom games.

That or probably because of people spamming or if there’s an option where you voted for a new set of maps like in Reach (None of the Above type thing) and that can sometimes cause lag or people just keep choosing that option. Veto needs to be in the game though.

Not having choices is kind of a drag, for sure.
Well, 6 isnt coming out yet, so thats a good sign. More time for them to perfect it.
It’s horrible that we can’t even kick players from our session except when in the lobby. I hope they update this and even possible add some extra host option for forgers except even that seem like it would backfire with the community >:(
