every game i get in someone is host booting and im worried i will be banned because its untraceable i was already banned once for playing with a host booter i dont wanna be again 
i have been hit out of the last 2 games aswell

he is talking about host booters where they ddos attack you and hit you offline.
It’s happened to me many times in ranked playlists like Team slayer at level 50.
Nothing is more frustrating than winning a match and knowing you will win only to get hit offline by the other team. Then you go on bungie.net (or used to be able to) and you see their game history and they have like 3 pages of straight firsts because they have host boot any good player that was about to beat them.
Main reason I stopped playing Halo 3 ranked … I used to love playing it too but after someone hit me offline several times in one night where I was trying to live stream halo 3 ranked I had enough.
I got host booted 100 million times getting my 50’s in Squad Battle .
But I kept going back
I hate it and it sucks I wish there was a way for them to get banned .
Also I get booted in TS in 2012 - I can’t believe kids still cheat for a Rank they don’t deserve
Kids will be kids
After enough times they do get banned. But not for a while.
