i was checking my friends stats then i found this a party boosting bungie says its ok to have a full party boosting but afk can get you banned

Boosting is not allowed. You are allowed to have max party to play normally. It’s obvious if you are boosting and the ban hammer would be struck upon you for excessive amounts!

well Iv’e boosted in Halo 3 but that was only for some achivments that I could not get scince I just got a new gamertag and I wanted to put my time into reach not Halo 3 yet I still wanted to get all the achivemnts for Halo, and I didnt get in trouble or anything.

its ok to boost for achivments

You’re not really achieving much if you cheat for them.

its only achivments it does on count as boosting it only counts as a gamerscore

To clear up the above yes, you can be banned in Halo 3 for achievement boosting. Usually it’s a 2 or 4 week xp ban from all playlists.

I imagine similar rules are in place in Reach, though the achievements are far easier.
