Boosting may not be permited here. however Id venture to guess that even the guy who reported you has done it to one degree or another.
There is thread called Enemy Counts which pointed out how to play this or that ep, and ch of Sp Ops. Kill this or that, end game, and do it again and again.
Very popular thread on how to boost in order to gain certain commendations faster. Did anyone, including the moniters who posted worry about Boosting then? No, they didnt. Check the thread. If any did its a New one on me.
Actually playing spartan ops and going through the motions of killing enemies is not boosting… its doing the commendation… as it was meant to be done…
Boosting is pieces of crap like this setting up games where only they are in it with no one else so they can stand there assassinating each other and killing with certain weapons and crap without any interruptions…
thankfully there is an autoban feature … 
you sit there with afk guests or your stats look like you are boosting you WILL get a temp ban at least… maybe a permanent ban (I hope)

I would rename the topic without the word boost in it, looking for players to work on achievments.
While it may not affect me all that much within Halo… its Self-Indulgent little people who think they can cheat everything in life who are a Huge pain in the -Yoink- in other games.
I imagine its people like this who also take advantage of exploits to cause grief to other players… which probably isnt a far stretch of the truth

Sure, playing Sp Ops by kiling every enemy in it and completing the level isnt boosting. I play ep6ch5 10 times a day to get K Commanders, C Snipers counts up. But I complete every level. Yet on the thread I referenced, it says to begin one game, kill the C Sniper on the r tower. Then END GAKE and do it again, and again until you get the number you need. Thats Boosting. But no one complaigns about it, nor does 343, nor the mods here say, or do anything about it.
Another example is on a YT video I saw. In it 10 guys line themselves up to give another guy a one shot 10 kill sniper commendation. I am sure the others get their turn as well. But since it happens in a custom game… Nothing happens. So why give the OP a hard time about it when everyone and their brother are already doing it?
Heck, id boost in a heartbeat if I enjoyed playing spartan dressup. The only reason I want to get the CS, KC up, is because I am within 500 kills of completing my entire enemy commendations. But getting them one, or even 4 at a time, then ending the game isnt to my liking.
Sounds legit.
Commendations unlocks are a bad addition to halo.
I’d might have done it a few years ago, but now, it’s just not worth the effort for a game I barely play anymore.
