Boom Skull + XBL Rewards $5

In this link by Major Nelson, it says that if you pre-ordered TMCC from the Microsoft Store, you would get the Boom Skull, and if you were a XBL Rewards member you would get an additional $5.

I received no code for the Boom Skull, and nothing about TMCC in my XBL Rewards history. How do I go about redeeming these items?

I also did not get these things with my order. However I thought it was a $10 Microsoft Points and not $5.

Edit I read the link you gave. Which the $10 Microsoft Points was different then the $5 additional Microsoft Points for being a Xbox Live Rewards Member which at one time I was and got a card and everything but that was years ago so I don’t know if once you are in it you are in it forever or if you need to do something annually. Ether way I did not get ether of them especially the $10 which I should have gotten regardless.

I don’t seem to have them. How can I tell for sure? Where is the boom skull supposed to be?

i was wondering the same thing as everyone here but i just got code for boom skull today. it can take up to ten days for both codes to be emailed to you guys.

I got the skull code, but no $5. You should get a $10 Microsoft code 21 days after the order.

I ordered a week in advance and didn’t get the skill or $5 either. Nothing in my inbox.

I would contact Xbox Support or Xbox Live Rewards support, the should be able to look I this for you. If you have a twitter account, they are usually quick to respond there or try the live chat on xbox.com

I preorder MCC and picked it up at the midnight launch

I received the $10 gift card on pickup and an EMAIL for the boom skull code about 2 weeks later. I believe the Boom skull was only a preorder promotion, but they EMAIL you the code with w/e email they have on file. Not necessarily your XBL registered email.
