I pre-ordered the MCC as a digital download and it was supposed to come with the Boom Skull as a preorder bonus. Now for the past month and a half my Xbox has had “Halo: The Master Chief Collection Boom Skull Pre-Order Offer” in the download Queue and every time I turn the system on it says “Installation stopped!” and when I try to start it I get the “Make sure you’ve inserted the disc…” error message. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I found some other posts with this problem around the internet but no solutions.

You shouldn’t need to download it now, the preorder bonuses were unlocked for everyone on the 12th.
