Is there a way for me to see which videos I have bookmarked without actually firing up my Xbox One console?

Nope. It is currently impossible to do so at the moment.

I wish. The only real possibility is Halo 5 forge on the PC.

All my bookmarked films on H5 dissappeared and I can’t find them. Did this happen to anyone other than me?

Your bookmarked films wouldn’t disappear like that. Whenever you start up Halo 5 and head into Theater mode, you have to give the game some time to load up your films. Usually takes about a minute for all of them to appear.
