Idk about anyone else but personally when i have a bookmarked game mode and i try and access it it doesn’t load up correctly.
Is anyone else having this same problem or have an explanation.
Not just bookmarks but my own created gametypes too. Couldn’t load any yesterday, all day. Think there’s server problems. Guess I’ll give today a miss too.
It does it consistently with my maps and game modes bookmarked, I have to select them through basic.

For me it’s only bookmarked Game modes, my custom game modes and all bookmarked maps load fine for me.
Having exactly the same problem as TESTROYER, I can play bookmarked maps no problem, but bookmarked game types refuse to work, I’ll click on it and nothing will happen, the game type won’t load, I hope they fix this ASAP as it’s stopping me from playing certain custom games like duck hunt etc.
This does need fixed.
Same issue, glad (kinda) to see its not just me. Hopefully 343 fixes this soon, some games you can easily make the game type in basic but others its a lot more difficult.
I should also mention, That I have heard that if you load the basic gametype variant first, then select your bookmarked game varient it can work.
For Example. Mongoose Sumo is a strongholds based gametype. So if you first select “Strongholds” from the 343 Industries Game Modes, let it load up, then select “Sumo FFA” or “Team Sumo” from your bookmarked game modes. That could solve your problems.
this is still a issue , i have bokmarked loads of game types and im lucky if i can get any to load , and when playing certain maps you need the game types or know the settings to make them work , this need a fix asap

I like that game mode 
FFA Sumo actually uses Slayer. Anyways, this bug (along with others) makes hosting custom game lobbies more of a chore than it already is. Combine that bug with the fact that fireteam chat doesn’t work in the menu AND there isn’t a maximum fireteam size so the lobby can go over 16 and make things awkward real quick. Also, changing teams after an FFA game is annoying since you need to switch to forge for people to see and change teams.
Does anyone have a list of game types for the different games?
ie. strongholds with sumo

FINALLY FIXED THIS PROBLEM!!!
I have no clue why, but, if you bookmark something from a person’s account your for some reason have to put the “343 industries” matching map variants before putting the book marked one, for example the map avalanche with the game time avalanche (originally stronghold) you would have to click 343 industries strong hold and than click your bookmarked avalanche game type. Hope this helps
