So I started up Halo 5 and everything worked great except the fact that I could not locate my free loadout weapon and skin the preorder said i would get. The file for the preorder bonus is there I’m just not getting anything. Can someone help?

Where did you purchase from? Mine was printed on my receipt (Gamestop)
EDIT: Nevermind. Yours looks to be Digital.
It’s in the war zone location. I did the premium digital edition and was looking for the rest of my req packs (only had 2) but then I read the fine print and it says 2 packs per week. So my guess is in 7 weeks I will have unlocked them all
