Remember the BTB map BoneYard from halo reach?
Does anyone else love this map?
i loved the look of it, it was so believable and realistic and wasn’t at all too futuristic. I felt like these sorts of mAps should be introduced to halo 5 to keep the game from going to radical futuristic. We wanna keep a nice balance!
And I remember when ever this map came up in reach ppl always voted for it
Boneyard was fun, but had a weird flow to it. If they use it as a WarZone map, it could work well. Encourage map flow to that second half of the map nobody ever ventured to by spawning AI over there or something. It would work especially well in that second, Invasiony WarZone mode. That’s what Boneyard was built for from the ground up.
The Reach map I would like to see remade is Spire. Would be awesome to ground pound off the top lol.
Yeah, I remember it. Great invasion map. Not so great BTB map, most of the action was base side since it had sniper hiding spots. The other side (the side elites spawn in invasion) had nothing to go over there for, heavies didn’t fix it either since most people forgot or forget that a gauss hog spawns there.
I’d quite like to see a Warzone map based on Highlands and/or Timberland. Spire would be interesting too, no other maps had that much verticality. Not too big on Boneyard though, but not totally against it either.

Was about to suggest the same thing. Spire is one of my all-time favorite maps, i’d love to see it brought back. Had a lot of fun on there back in the day.
Loved Boneyard and other huge maps from Reach like Spire and breakpoint.
They are the kind of maps I love in Halo. And that’s why I’m really looking forward to Warzone.
Yes Boneyard was AMAAAAZING !!!
so realistic! A real breath of fresh air.
the rush to the tank in the middle used to get me pumped!
The he map played good. It could play better if tweaked a bit around the edges of the map. Cut out all some of the I nessesary parts like the inside corridors on the factory side.
But it that map was definately one of the best most realistic feeling maps of all.
I I didn’t like spire it played wierd.
i didn’t like how it was all about just getting to the top of the spire and camping.
