I agree. That’s all that needs to happen: the charge deshields at most.
no way it was fixed, i got killed today at least 3 times by it and they were not head shots
Nerf the range, Reduce the damage. There, the Bolt-shot is fixed now.

Make it shoot confetti. Enemy dies from heart attack.
