Your thoughts on the bolt shot?
It is balanced. No one knows how to counter it, which is why players are asking for nerfs instead of adapting. It’s strong yes but with the right skill, you can overcome it.
Side step, jump, or use thruster pack.
…Nah i am just kidding. The Bolshot is way too strong to to be given off spawn.

sad but true. Dumbs down the game a lot.
it gets me out of situations that i should normally die in, it kills better than the scatter shot and shotgun in some cases, i can abuse it even more with active camp-o,
and i get to spawn with a one hit kill weapon!

They don’t have to run at you, it kills from 10 meters away. Like I said… Ridiculous.
its a problem and people who use it are ether noobs or campers. it would not be such a problem if it instant killed only if it was in the persons face but like someone said you can kill people from 10 meters away.
it need to be ether nuffed or taken off the load-out
If you do a search I’m sure you’ll find multiple opinions of the boltshot. Everyday I see at least 4 or 5 posts on the subject that are all highly negative and whiney like everything else on this forum, and I only spend about an allotted 15 minutes a day spuratically here on my phone in my down time. It’s entertaining to see how many times I can roll my eyes just looking at the first page of posts.
OT: I like it a lot, should you spawn with a mauler in your pocket? Hell no. But you can and so can everyone else so I play accordingly. It’s a secondary starting weapon that’s in all realities is here to stay and I don’t see a nerf making it any less than useless so I’m not expecting anything to be changed until H5.
It’s also really fun to pwn newbs with.

It’s a weapon for noobs who can’t get kills with a normal weapon, but then again I like to use it when I am in Active Camo. Strange world.
I only use it against campers. I have a camper hunting loadout with Promethean vision and bolt for emergency situations (hence I only have 5 kills with it across all playlists). I try not to use it regularly.
All of the Forerunner weapons are greatly OP compared to the rest of the selections… A pistol that acts as a shotgun/ranged shotgun, a long rage rifle that fills your head with plasma in seconds, the Suppressor which has a ridiculous fire rate, a sniper rifle that kills you with ONE shot no matter where you get shot at (unless I’m wrong, please correct me if I am) and boom, their very own plasma stalking missiles of death… STALKING… MISSILES… STALKING!
EDIT: Forgot about the Scattershot, that one seems pretty cool and normal to me so far… I like how it turns people into glittery star dust.
I use the DMR but I seriously thought about switching to the Light Rifle and give people a taste of their own medicine… Can anyone confirm if it’s stronger than the DMR or not?

The binary rifle, yes it kills you in one hit anywhere. You can get hit in the finger and you get vaporized. The Lightrifle is about the same as the DMR, but its harder to aim with. Sure you can kill people in 4 hits, but it has a slower rate of fire and it doesnt have an aim assit as high as the DMR.

The LR’s ROF alone will get you killed against a similarly skilled opponent using the DMR or BR. It’s only good when scoped in because of its 4sk.
The Scattershot is nothing compared to its UNSC counterpart.
Binary, well you know that story already. You see a red beam you hide, nuff said.
Incinerator Cannon is meh. It’s not as bad as you think it is. Against vehicles it is, but it’-Yoink!- or miss against infantry.
Here we go. Not to add nothing to discussion, but I have no comment edgewise on this subject. Its been discussed. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. It’s basic kindergarten stuff guys.
The BS is no big deal. I have played 1385 games and rarely come across it. I do not use it and I rarely get killed by it. I really do not understand all the fuss.
I don’t have a problem with it.
I don’t run into people using it very often and when I do they tend to be very easy to avoid.
Back when the complaints first came in i dicided to see what all the fuss was about. After using it a little bit i removed it from my load out and its never made it back. It surprised me how easy it was to kill with. The boltshot and DMR i wont use. They are just to easy so it ruins the fun for me… and this is coming from me, an AR spammer lol.
Also since i moved to BTB i don’t notice it as much as i did in Dominion. But stickies and plasmas are everywhere in BTB.
