So if anyone has ever splattered someone or killed an enemy driving a vehicle (Everyone should have if you play Halo) you’d notice that in ALL of the games the dead bodies go through vehicles as if they weren’t there. If you shoot someone out of the driver seat of a Warthog their body will simply fall through the vehicle.
Who thinks this should be changed for Halo 4? Imagine driving through a squad of Grunts (or whatever their replacement enemy is) and seeing them roll over the top of the vehicle, it’d be awesome! Also, it’d be really cool if you killed an enemy driving a vehicle and his/her dead body would stay in the seat. Then instead of just jumping in the vehicle your character would throw the dead body out before jumping in (it would take the same amount of time as normal).
Basicaly, vehicles should act like solid objects and dead bodies should interact with them a bit more. Anyone agree with this?
I like the idea and I think that it would be a really cool thing to do but the only problem is that it could cause lag in the game. Now with having a moving solid object like that and having things interact with that object, the console would have just that much more to keep track of. I think that bodies pass through vehicles and players for the same reason. I am no programmer but I think that there is a reason. But if it could be done than I would definitely appreciate it.
Cool idea though!
It’s all about the physicsssssssss. A little off-topic but if you look at Diablo 3’s physics right now. They’re unbelievable. Absolutely frickin amazing. If 343 could create a -Yoink!- physics engine it adds that -Yoink!- extra jaw dropping “Ahh” feeling you get when something awesome happens.
