Blue Team Spoilers in Character Profiles?

Anyone else read the character profiles for Spartans John, Fred, Kelly, and Linda? Seems like they are giving away the defeat of the DIadact and then Blue team carrying on to more missions instead of returning to Earth.

That’s not that big of a spoiler. In fact, it’s good information to know going into Halo 5 since they likely won’t explain.

Seeing as how that info has been available to the public for several months now, this isn’t exactly a spoiler.

Thanks! Sorry guess I’m a little behind on things :).

I haven’t read it either, but I appreciate 343 for keeping the Halo Encyclopedia so up to date.

Yeah, I finally decided to hop onto Haly Waypoint and check what they have on Halo 5. Surprised what they have on all the other spartan II’s.

Yeah the spoiler of which you speak happened towards the end of last year, in three issues of Halo: Escalation. They are arguably the three best issues of Escalation, if for no other reason than Chief reuniting w/ Blue was awesome.

Are the Halo comics worth a read? I’ve read the first three novels and really enjoyed them.

Im confused didnt we all know this?

There are good and bad issues of Escalation. The art at times leaves a lot to be desired but it is cool to stay up to date on new stories and characters in the universe, like Spartan Tanaka was introduced two months ago and she’s a co-op character in Halo 5. June’s issue returned to the story that began in Halo 4: Spartan Ops and will continue until Halo 5’s release.

Back issues are only $2 digitally though, so ya know… it’s not gonna break the bank to purchase them through the Dark Horse app (iOS / Android) and read them on your tablet or whatever.
