I knew it! Those perks look like the kind we will be using in Warzone as well. Honestly, they are so minimal that I actually didn’t notice any of it outside of Locke having +1 Frag Grenade at the start of mission 10. Very nice, thanks for sharing! 
… how can every single one of them have fast/faster shield recharging? Is one faster recharge quicker than another faster recharge? Poor job on that aspect of the description.

That was my first question. Why give every character quick shield recharge? Why not just change the baseline recharge time?
If everyone is special, no one is special.
… Those descriptions are a bit cringe worthy, Fred especially for the excuse to carry an extra 'nade. Would have liked a bit more uniqueness amongst the cast.
Kelly being faster at everything would be nice. Faster melees, faster swapping, faster reloads, faster bloom resets just not faster RoF, faster top speed sprint, faster running, FASTER! 
… The Chief, he works. How about slower bloom expansion to go with it all?
Linda having extended range to her Red Reticle assists, that’d be nice. About x1.5 the range so 30m becomes 45m (CE love), 60m becomes 90m, 90m becomes 135m, etc.
Fred… Just one 'nade extra? How’s about extra ammo all around for all weapons he picks up, not just an extra frag? At the very least, hows about him carrying extra explosive ammo. Period. He can pick up an extra of each type of 'nade and ammo refills can go 1 reload more. But of course, just him. If he tosses it aside, the extra mag of ammo per weapon doesn’t get dropped. Gotta code this one to avoid an exploit.

This is probably in relation to Fireteam Osiris. I heard elsewhere that Osiris have other perks (like more hover time) to balance for less shields.

Well actually, I think there are 3 tiers there:
Linda - “quick shield and health regeneration”
Kelly - “fast health and shield regeneration”
Fred and John - “faster health and shield regeneration”
Main reason I say this is that these perks would encourage the characters roles more than a different order.
Linda’s is slowest because your marksman should be playing her - staying on the outside and picking her shots. Her constant radar also allows her to avoid ambushes more easily.
Kelly’s is faster than Linda’s but not the fastest, because she should be bouncing around the fight, picking off stragglers. Her focus is on not being there when the damage comes, rather than taking the damage on.
Fred and John are the anchors, holding down points and wading into the thick of it when needed.
Edit: LentPuma9513 also has a good point that it may be in relation to Osiris, as well.
Also, it looks like Kelly gets faster weapon swap as well. Take a look at that emblem on the bottom, where it shows the Pistol with the motion lines. She’s got 3 perks whereas everyone else just has 2

I think that Shielding is in Relation to Team Osiris and that the whole Blue Team will have same Recharge Times. If you Look closely at the Perks u can see that Kelly isn’t just the fastest Sprinter, is the Second Perk Emblem the Dexterity Emblem from Halo 4 what would mean she is faster with Reloading and Guns in general…?

I’m more curious that Chief is on the character selection at all. I was under the impression player one was forced to play as Chief / Locke.

Interesting. So I guess they must have changed it so player one doesn’t have to be Chief if he’s on the selection screen? That’ll make me happy.

His/her question was still valid, yesterday I also opened a thread on it but it got buried under other threads.
We have been told that the host MUST play as Locke/Chief, so why are other players even able to choose Chief? Has this been changed?

On-Topic: I think it is pretty balanced and I think it’s cool that Linda still has her Radar when using the zoom.

I just watched the clip where it happens. It seems Chief is forced on Player 1 if no one picks Chief. That’s how I understand it / it seems.

Such as…? We don’t know much about it.
It’s going to be aw sometimes not being able to play as favorite charavter. Let’s say 2 players, one wants Kelly and I want Linda. One will have to be John.
