Hey everybody! Based on images from the latest picture-puzzle search that’s been going on in tandem with the #HUNTtheTRUTH campaign - I think it’s finally safe to say that BLUE TEAM IS CONFIRMED FOR ‘HALO 5’!
Here we clearly have: Linda-058, and John-117 and Kelly-087 (though the figure on the left might also be Fred-104)*
Words cannot express how happy I am to see this happen. I think this presents so many amazing opportunities to push the narrative of the games forward in terms of exploring the Chief as a character and in familiarizing all Halo fans with aspects of the Extended Universe that have existed since Halo’s inception but haven’t gotten to share the limelight.
What do you guys want to see happen with the Chief and his squad in this next game? Let’s discuss!

This is actually awesome.
I am so happy about this. I would like a way to pick who you play as considering each team has actual characters, I hated having to work out who is arbiter and who is chief in halo 3. I hope there is a form of Spartan chatter that lets blue team talk to eachother. A lot of potential for easter egg conversations that reference the books here.
I dislike how they need to have these teams to reference the teams in multiplayer. I hope they change the name.

Blue team has been a thing since the fall of reach book. I hope they keep the name.

You were totally right by the way. I don’t really like how they made Kelly’s color scheme extremely close to Freds. I wonder if Linda is gonna have yellow stripes too, then it would make sense as it is a uniform marking. Kelly also looks a bit shorter than I would like her to be standing next to chief, maybe because she’s sort of crouched.

Oh. I’m sorry. I thought the naming of Blue and Red team in the Halo lore was to pay homage to the main teams in the Halo multi-player. Especially when the franchise is now known to explain certain aspects of it’s multi-player and mechanics with lore. But I see now that I am a fool for thinking this. Next time I’ll do my research by referring myself to the glorious Halo bible aka Halo Wiki.

So basically the quickest showdown in history as Blue Team beats the snot of of Locke’s boys? Thats if Linda doesnt take them out before they even know whats going on.

It’s good that we now practically have confirmation that they’re in Halo 5.

But what such research should I be looking for, when I never posed a question in the first place? Perhaps if you were using your infinite Wisdom of Solomon via the Halo universe, you’d have linked me to something that explained the reasoning behind the names of Blue and Red team instead of linking a page that does no such thing. Perhaps you should have done your research?
But I suppose any sort of courtesy has been relinquished around this forum.
