Blue team first zenomorph not working anymore?

Hey all went to activate this fun easter egg and when I shot it, sparks shot out but no GBP sound and also the banshies in the distance didn’t show up. Is the easter egg broken?

Did you shoot the light after the xenomorph?

I just tried it and it worked for me. You must have done something wrong.
