It’s true. Jason Jones came up with a plan many years ago, and Alexander Seropian gave him permission to carry it out. Together they kidnapped many promising people in the gaming community to create the ultimate team. Since then many things have changed and now Joseph Staten and Marty O’Donnell have gone AWOL.

No I don’t think that is a valid comparison. There is no reason why 343i would have to chase after Bungie since bungie has made destiny and Red Bull DLC.

I was actually thinking about this, Bungie/Blue Team is the established guys who worked together for a long time, while 343/Fireteam Osiris are the unprovens who are creating a team/making a game (doing a big mission) at the same time. It’s great symbolism.

Sounds like HaloFollower has some competition!
Seeing as how Bungie ignored … or really, denied, the existence of Blue Team by promoting Chief as the last surviving Spartan II even as far as Halo 3 … I’d say no.
