Sorry if this has already been made or discussed but I’m going to try and summarize this.
I lost my account about 5-6 years ago because of email issues, this year I recently recovered my account by making a yahoo email with the same email that was deleted for inactivity.
I started up Halo: Reach on another Xbox 360, I also transferred all the contents from my old Xbox 360 to a USB and put it into my current one. First thing I noticed the Blue Effect Flame I unlocked during Bungie Day is missing. I got an Xbox One like a few hours ago and Installed my Halo: Reach (still not in my game), I went to the store to see if I can FIND and RE-DOWNLOAD the content for the Blue Flame but Idk what the title of it would be and no idea if it is even in the store to re-download.
Any help would be appreciative.

blue flames were linked to whatever account you obtained them on and cannot be transfer what so ever. 343 also does not have access to giving you them either.

Thank you for your reply, fortunately I got my Xbox One and installed Reach onto that and got the effect after signing onto Xbox Live. I don’t know why it wouldn’t show on the 360 but now it’s there.

Glad you managed to get them. This seems like a strange scenario. I wonder if other users had this problem.
