Blue flames and name plate gone

Hello,
I signed in today and noticed my name plate and blue flames are gone… are they coming back or are they forever lost? I see some threads say the issue is being looked into but this was a few days ago. Some people have their name plates and blue flames back already so did I miss out on the fix?

This is a known issues right now - 343 are aware and are investigating
