There is alot of topics on this about people asking how they can get the the blue flame or they should bring it back.

  1. How to get it go back in time to august 2012 active ur profile on bungie.net and then sign on ur xbox 360 and play reach and u should have it.
  2. The should not bring it back because it was a gift from bungie to all the fan. (In 2012 thats when bungie handed over halo to 343)

there is sadly

And it’s still not going to happen. 343 never gained the ability to unlock Blue Flames, only Bungie had that and it was lost when they updated their website for Destiny
