By bloom do you mean the reticule size and bullet spread? A lot of weapons have a bit of random spread (they can’t all be sniper rifles). The size of the reticule just gives you an idea of what to expect when you are shooting. Not an issue.
Smart Link? I don’t have a problem being able to steady and aim a gun for a bit of extra accuracy and distance. As long as it only works well for the intended weapons. For the others the marginal benefits tend to balance with the reduced FOV, movement, and radar access. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea… and really, after a while, you only do it with the weapons that give you an advantage (eg. DMR).
And the Halo 4 exp system? I saw we have 100pts per kill and 50 pts per assist. Is that what you mean? What this actually entails, and how much, if at all, it matches Halo 4 is yet to be seen.
Probably a good idea to stop shaking now… you’ll give yourself an ulcer.

Smart link is lame and doesn’t belong in Halo (wait, smart like is the little mini zoom for all weapons right?) But if it’s only cosmetic I don’t mind it.
Bloom is bad if it’s like in Reach, but in the other games it was fine, I didn’t notice any issue with this in Infinite.

I think it is bad -Yoink- for a Spartan. People need to look at sprint as just walking because the speed increase is marginal.
I have a feeling the “bloom” is just a reticle animation, not actually Reach bloom.
Smartlink I’m disappointed in. Hopefully it’s more of a visual thing and doesn’t actually drastically increase the accuracy of the gun like in H5.
What’s wrong with an exp system? I like leveling up and getting unlocks.

I’m not the biggest fan of sprint either but it does look like they toned it way down which I’m a fan of. Granted, how it looks and how it plays are different things. Plus one of the biggest complaints about sprint was that it locked you into an animation that prevented you from doing anything else. Seems like they’re addressing that a bit here.
As someone who prefers classic gameplay, not to be confused with outright hating 4/5, I’m pretty pleased with what they’ve shown off and I’m legitimately excited to try it out.

- Smart-link looks like its solely for automatics and is probably toned down.
- Hip fire looks super competent regardless.
- The reticle bloom is hopefully cosmetic
- Don’t really care about the MP points.
The game looks more like H3 imo. That makes me happy
