Bloom is great. All you have to do is pace, as shown in the picture below:

See, from the picture you can tell that that person is clearly pacing at medium range, and deserved that final headshot.

Therefore, we should keep 85% bloom and not make any adjustments at all. I mean, seriously? We just all have to adapt.

Edit: In case no one realized, this post was entirely tongue in cheek.
