Please bring back bloodgulch. I know the map has had multiple different names, but it always had the same layout. I’d like to see some classic maps return and not just be forge made either. I want developer quality maps again. What maps do you want back?

As long as the maps work well with advanced movement mechanics, I’m all for it. The “Hemorrhage” version in Reach worked well with sprint as an AA I thought, so why not bring that one back.
I think I’d just rather not see maps that are classic Halo CQC maps come back in games with advanced movement. I can’t imagine that maps like Lockout or Guardian would play well with being able to have advanced mobility.
Blood Gulch is a classic, I am down to see it return. Also, I wonder what else we could see return? Maybe Guardian, Warlock, The Pit, Hang Em’ High. The sky is the limit.

Yes, but you can tell when a map is forge made. Unless if this is the quality of the cs:go editor where you can make your own objects. I want the polish of a developer made map.

Infinite feels like a game designed for large combat over cqc

Yeah I wasn’t a fan of this in Halo 5. I know those weren’t remakes but the forge made maps felt lazy. Like extremely lazy. There wasn’t any themes or polish.

And for BTB only forge maps? Come on, we absolutely need dev maps for Infinite BTB. Get rid of that Warzone garbage.

I agree, it was such a classic map. I really liked the lay out on the Halo Reach version, but the visuals of the Halo 2 one do look better. If 343 could just combine those

True, I love well-forged maps. However, they do not take the place of a well-designed map from the developer.
I hope we get a custom game browser and forge at launch. We’ll have recreations of every Halo map there’s ever been within months!

And the Pit in 4v4. That map is as close to perfect as a Halo map can get

The pit is without a doubt my favorite halo 3 map. It was perfect for the movement system of halo 3, but halo infinite’s movement system might not work too well on it.
Bloodgulch is great and all, as are a lot of classic maps. But honestly I just want some bomb new maps that are MEMORABLE. I honestly only remember two maps from 4 and zero from 5. I hope they actually make well thought out maps and not all the bland ones we’ve gotten in recent titles.
But I’m sure no matter what, to play on nostalgia, there will be a hefty helping of classic maps.

I think they can adapt it, or I hope so at least.
The Breakout playlist in H5 had a slightly altered remake of the Pit, and it played awesome. It actually reminded me a lot of playing counter strike.
And the remake in H4 played pretty well too tbh. I think that map can translate onto almost any Halo game play. It’s so d*** good!
I feel like Blood Gulch is played out. There are other maps just as classic, but less prolific, that I’d rather see reworked/remastered. I know BG is like the BTB map, but it’s just not interesting to me anymore for most gametypes.
OK I guess I’m the only one, but I despise getting coagulation. Like am I the only who doesn’t getting shot across the map. There is always one dude that will be back of a base shooting you with a BR the moment you step foot out the base. Like they never get the kill why you got to be annoying. I’m glad it exists its great for vehicles and power weapons. But man just that is my pet peeve on that map.
