The process to even figure out where to complain is SO ridiculous that I momentarily forgot what I was even mad about, because I was too mad at the fact that I can’t just connect with customer service. DO BETTER.
Please fix the spawns in halo 5. PLEASE FIX THE SPAWNS IN HALO 5. understand that this isn’t really important in the grand scheme of life. I understand it is just a game. Yet, here we are in a capitalist world, and you are profiting off of us (probably not YOU, you are probably just an employee, but this corporation…and SOMEONE is profiting majorly). Is it Microsoft charging us all that money for the skins, and weapon packs? If so, I recommend that you ask them for a bigger cut of pay, because part of the reason I, and many others, are so INFURIATED, is because we pay a lot of money for all of the things associated with Halo. AND YET, it is garbage 80% of the time (this is not a research based stat, it is just my personal opinion. Why am I spawning in front of a bullet? Why aren’t you valuing our money and allegiance to this game? I am sure it is difficult to find an algorithm to avoid this, but I guarantee that not enough is being done to investigate this issue, and ultimately to prevent it. DO BETTER. This isn’t my call to life, but I will quit this game and I will start screaming into the void where so many Halo players live to make sure they are voicing this complaint and quitting if you don;t at least address why it isn’t fixed. If you came out with a reason why or something like that, I would AT LEAST understand, but instead I am getting BLOOD RED MAD at the fact that you money hungry thieves don’t care about QUALITY.
