Issue: So I’ve just purchased the £29.99 Halo Wars 2 40 + 7 Blitz pack bundle and I have not received any of them, I’ve looked through multiple solutions and to no avail, I would seriously like a refund for this as it’s an ongoing problem which I see no one getting this resolved.

I tried again today after some months to buy blitz packs… same result again. The packs are missing in game and NOONE is doing something to solve this problem. The packs are still available on the Microsoft Store as a bait to farm some easy money , giving nothing to the customers… The Microsoft Customer Support says that “they can only refund you for this special time” , because giving you back the money for a service you did not get is a special favor for Microsoft people.
I’m asking in this thread for an administrator or a developer to act directly on the account. I don’t want the money back, I want the blitz packs I bought.
