Hi, I have bought multiple Blitz pack, but I have not received any of them. It has been almost a week since the purchase. Reinstalled game, Xbox app etc. checked account says purchase Complete, but no pack in-game. Latest/updated Windows 10. Contacted Microsoft support, but the told me that since it was an in-game purchase I had to contact You.
I have a similar issue I suppose including going to @XboxSupport before they sent me to these forums.
1. What is the issue?
I bought Halo Wars 2 Ultimate and have only played through the first tutorial, which gave me a Blitz pack. When I went to the Blitz pack opening area, I saw that purchasing the Deluxe edition gave me many more packs and with the single one that I had earned via tutorial there 39 in total at that point. So, I spent some time opening all of them up. However, after opening them all (including getting at least 6 legendary cards) the card library only shows a tiny smattering of Blitz cards! Only one of the at least 6 legendaries were there and really almost all the cards are missing. They sparse few that aren’t missing are all at level one, which they should not be.
Is there a way for you to review and restore my card library and blitz pack status from the server logs from your side?
