Blitz pack disapeared

Hello

I have many issues since the launch of the game and as I didn’t know there was a support forum I didn’t post about it even it made me a little unhappy

  1. What is the issue? Some blitz pack disapeared : I wasn’t able to open the blitz pack “welcome to arch”, nor the gift for participation to the beta, and now the Kinsano pack doesn’t appear anymore :frowning:

2. What platform are you playing on? The problem appeared on Xbox One, I play sometime on PC but I didn’t see them as well.

3. What’s your gamertag? Phenix II7

4. What region are you playing from? Europe (France)

oh, and I’ve just seen that even with the extension installed on the console I can’t use Kinsano :frowning:

edit : ok this part of the problem is solved, the only pending problem is for the beta pack and the welcome to arch
