Blitz Card Pack Purchased But Not Recieved

Hi, I’m DerpyEdgy and I’ve recently been having an issue regarding the in-game purchases of Halo Wars 2

1. What is the issue? Today, 11/19/18, I purchased 2 blitz card packs, one with 9 blitz cards and one with 3 blitz cards. As of now I still haven’t received them in game despite the Microsoft Store showing that I have indeed purchased them. I have also checked my service record on Halo Waypoints for unopened blitz packs as recommended by others having similar issues, and it did not show any unopened blitz packs. Also I don’t know if this will be of any help, but the Microsoft account I use to play Halo Wars 2 on PC is also the same account I use on Xbox One. It is important to note however that I have made successful in-game micro transactions in the past such as purchasing the Colony Leader Pack and the YapYap Leader Pack as seen in the Microsoft Store Purchases. At this point I’m at a loss as to how I can fix this.
