1v1 blitz needs to return as soon as possible. There is almost no competition in 2s or 3s blitz. There are only like 3 or 4 good teams who are rarely on at the same time. 1v1 blitz provided a more competitive play style and you were more likely to match up against experienced players providing a good challenge and learning experience for newcomers to blitz. This is much better than having a team of the top blitz players matching up with randoms all day and if you were lucky, getting maybe 1 or 2 good games with other top players. I know the blitz is not as popular as deathmatch but the population will only decrease without a 1v1 ranked blitz Playlist. With so little competition, many of top blitz players are becoming bored with the gamemode. I think Blitz was a great addition to the RTS genre that has lots of potential to attract new players. But removing the Playlist will make that much harder to do. So please consider on adding 1v1 ranked to the Blitz Playlist before Blitz becomes irrelevant.

I can only speak from experience but when going up against people who are “pay-to-play” it makes me not want to waste my time so most of the time I’ll play unranked. If I get some good players together we do go into Ranks similar to this game:
So I can understand how the “top” players have caused a situation where no one wants to play them because of the card level advantage they have.
**Edit:**I can say I think things will change if they stop the ability for players to dodge games. For example the above team dodged my team the very next match. People are afraid of losing their rank is the other issues plaguing the ranked playlists.
Back on topic: YES a 1v1 playlist in Blitz would be great and they have already stated that it is coming. We just don’t know if it will be ranked or not.

Most blitz players have lv 4 or higher cards and after lv 6, the cards only increase in damage and health by only 1%. So once everyone gets level 6 cards which will eventually happen, wins will be based on Micro and strategy. Besides my card levels are not even that high. I have level 4 to 6 cards wich is normal for someone my level.

Played a decent amount of blitz I have super low lvl cards but I rarely see people with lvl 4 to 6 cards and everyone keeps saying 1 percent after lvl 6 does anyone actually know if that is true

I enjoyed losing when I knew I got outplayed in 1v1 blitz. What I don’t enjoy is losing in 2v2 (which I’m forced to play because they removed 1v1) because my teammate went afk/didn’t grab any energy/stayed on point A the entire match etc
Seriously guys, if someone posts a serious blitz thread you cant just spamm p2w p2w. Its irrelevant to the discussion.
I would remove ranked 3v3 and have that an unranked playlist to make room for 1v1

Exactly, and when you do have a partner you move up like 2 points every game. It’s ridiculous. It’s either take your chances losing 40 points with a random or grab a partner and move up 1-2 points everygame.
