Issue;
I seem to get black screen crashes as well as a new one which is screen freezing, on the mission Act II Under the Dark. I can’t complete the mission for the constant crashes, I managed to get to this part with no issues, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it ran smoothly for a while before it crashes later on in the mission.
Does anyone have a solution on what I could do?
CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K @ 3.30GHz
RAM: 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 668MHz
GPU: 2048MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
DirectX version: 12
Windows version: Windows 10 Home 64-bit

on the sniper missions randomly every time game freeze and crash out…
drivers updated + windows update and every things alright.
game also works well in other missions and modes.
any help or suggestion?

Are you still having the same issue?
Mine seems to have suddenly stopped, however the only thing I did was make sure all my settings were on lowest. As I know my card isn’t that great, and I managed to get at least 2-3 missions further.

Yes the problem still doesn’t solve
I did what you suggest and made everything on video setting the lowest possible…
but still randomly…crash on this level…and this is the only level has this problem…
hope some day randomly pass this level without crash
any more suggestion?

Sorry I forgot to come back to the forum, I’m not sure what I did. Apart from the occasional crash on start up the problem never happened again. So I honestly don’t know what the issue was. I hope it get’s or is resolved for you.

I have found your crash logs for this crash, and verified that the issue is not fixed for this upcoming update, I will escalate it.
