So I don’t really know about anyone else, but after E3 passes, I’m gonna be taking the hard, cold road of a black out. Anyone else doing the same?
By blacking out do you mean keeping yourself from any further information on the game due to possible spoilers? Or do you mean blacking out from the intense epic awesomeness that Halo’s E3 presentation will bring you?
Cuz I’m might be doing both.
It will be extremely hard for me to go completely dark of Halo 4 info but I will certainly try.

Sounds like a plan! I’ll grab my blanky!lol
But no, I won’t be “Going Dark”. I actual click on every link titled spoiler/leaked. lol
Not that I support it or anything; I don’t like surprises.

I tried doing that for ODST and Reach didn’t work well in the end.

Yeah, I honestly don’t think I will last long anyway.
Iv thought about doing this after E3 but im pretty sure i wont last until November plus im still deciding weather or not i want to find out who/what the enemy of halo 4 will be before it releases.

This.
I managed the to blackout right as it was delivered to stores. didnt save me from what Bungie was showing but did save me what the kids who managed to it early would post

No. I can no longer trust the games industry to not totally @#$%#%# things up, even at the last second, so now I have to keep constant tabs on everything a game I might be interested in is doing in order to make sure it maintains a decent level of commitment and quality.
Particularly with games like Halo 4, where it seems 343 has already shown an impressive amount of poor judgement and bad decision making at this point, both with Halo 4 and Reach.
There are only really a couple of devs I can trust to not know everything, but they don’t release games often enough for it to be an issue.
After E3 passes, there’s really no point to black out. I mean, what else comes after details on campaign, gameplay and Spartan Ops?
Specific map titles? RoF on weapons?
No, the bulk of Halo 4 related info will be revealed on monday.
I don’t really see the point in it. You’re going to find out sooner or later…

No, the bulk of the information probably won’t come out until just before the game ships, so they can sucker as many people as possible into pre-ordering in the blind.

That’s not true! That’s impossible!

Pre-order details will be revealed at E3.
