Allot of people hate halo 5’s armour because they all look lazy or too similar to each other. Although you can’t change peoples opinions on the actual design of some armour itself, you can at least improve it with better colouring.
A full black body suit would significantly improve halo 5’s armour because it would make each and every spartan more unique from one another. To better explain what i mean by that imagine this. Say you have a picture of yourself and another picture of your friend, however in both pictures every colour is just a different shade of red. If you were to compare your photo to your friends photo they would look the same or give off the vibe of being the same due to the colouring. We can improve halo 5’s armour because of this.
If we give our spartans full black skin suits, only allowing colour to be on armour itself, then we will start to notice differences between each other and other spartans. This is because the coloured armour would stand out more on a full black body suit.
Ask yourself this, what is easier to look at and identify. A Red apple on a black background, or a red apple on a red background? The apple of course is our armour, and the background is our skin suit.
Halo 5, or at least halo 6 need to go back to full black body suits if they want to make different spartan armours stand out more
