Black Screen on Match Start

This is on PC. Sometimes when a match starts, the sounds will play properly or appear to at least but the screen will be black with a yellow arrow as a cursor. I end up closing the game with Task Manager because I am just free kills for the other team. I do get penalized for it as I have gotten a 5 minute ban recently. Is there any way to fix this?

Try to lower your resolution and play in Windowed mode.

If you play Forge, does it load OK? Co-op campaign works fine too?

I don’t have forge mode available atm.

I found the problem. It only fails on H2A, but everything else works.
