Black Screen Launching Halo Infinite (Steam)

Hi everyone!

I am very excited and grateful to be invited to test flight Halo Infinite! However, after redeeming the steam key for the game, installing, and then launching, the game displays a black screen with 3 dots in the top-left of the screen indicating that it’s loading but to only close itself once it seemingly finishes loading. Sometimes I hear the “Ooaahh” menu theme song before the game shuts down.

Anyway, if anyone has any insights on how to fix this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

So I was able to deduce what is causing the crash but I haven’t fixed it yet: the crash report states that my GPU hung. Not sure why or how, but the investigation continues.
