Many of you have probably had a WZ game recently that loaded only to leave you stranded in a black screen. If you have (or haven’t) had this, did you have one of the Voices of War announcers equipped when it did or did not happen? Trying to figure out if that’s the cause.
Edit: also to clarify this is talking about loading straight to black screen, not crashing out of the game to the Xbox dashboard
I know for sure I’ve had it happen multiple times with the announcers on. Not sure about off though.
It’s happen to me in all playlists, and also to my friends, some of which don’t have VOW.

I guess I didn’t notice it in other playlists. I’ve definitely crashed out of the game in all of them, but mainly noticed the black screen in WZ
I have it happen at least 1 in 5 games in wz assault. I do have the vow grunt equipped. My 2 friends that i play with the most dont have the vow and dont seam to have it happen to them AS often. Like maybe 1 in 15 games they may be stuck in the black screen. So you may be onto something idk. All i know is that its so frequently happening to me its starting to insta trigger me.
I’ve had it happen without purchasing the voices of war pack. I can still hear noises, and if I press start to get the menu up, I can see the game in the background (but not when I exit the in game menu). Don’t know if this is the same thing.
