I’m not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but since the release of the Monitor’s Bounty update, I have been experiencing more common black loading screens before Warzone Matches start. It usually happens every third or fourth match I play. The screen is black with a spinning circle endlessly. It’s annoying because it uses up my boosts and I have to back out to the home page on Xbox. This sucks when trying to get gold pack rewards for wins.

It’s becoming an issue. Never had this problem until the update.

Same here… I never had this problem, but ever since the Monitor’s Bounty update, it has been happening to myself and pretty much everyone I regularly play with in Warzone Firefight. Definitely a problem with Legendary WZFF, but I am not sure if it was happening when we played Mythic WZFF or not. It seems to happen at a chance around 1 out of 5, so rarely does a Fireteam of 6 or more start without 1 or 2, or even more people, who get stuck at a black loading screen.
I’ve been getting stuck on black loading screens since the update too, on Arena and in Warzone. Always have to reboot the game at least once per night now.
Has anyone heard of any way to reduce or completely avoid this problem? We can rarely get a fireteam to start a game without someone hanging at the blank loading screen. It is getting very frustrating!
It happens at the end of campaign levels too. All players have to close/reopen the game.
I’ve pretty much exclusively played Action Sack, Shotty Snipers, and Heroic WZFF since the Monitor’s Bounty update, but can confirm that I, too, am seeing this problem when queued up for WZFF. It’s been most irritating when I’m in a fireteam with other individuals, who are appropriately thrown into the match, while I sit at a black loading screen. The only way to escape it is to jump out to the Xbox dashboard, Quit the game, and restart it. I then have to go to the trouble to party up with those individuals again, after they’ve completed the match I should have been participating in with them.

It has something to do with the new announcers, the problem is not present when you switch back to the standard announcer.

It happens with the normal announcers too. I assume it being the announcers too though, since every player probably has different one’s set and the game requires more to load them up on an individual connection?
It happens in single player, no announcers there. It’s a sync issue? Happens in co-op campaign.
Hey, glad to see that 343i is on the case. Will any of us who used boosts and lost them thanks to this problem be reimbursed somehow…RP or an “Oops, we’re sorry” REQ pack with the hotfix?

Yes this is my concern too. I have lost an innumerable amount of blue RP Jackpots in the past from this.
I’ve been getting this last few days. Every few warzone games i get stuck in black screen as it loads and never leave it! Eventually i have to quit build. They all show up as dnf 's which is very frustrating when I haven’t actually started! I’m surprised that haven’t been banned yet

My largest overall concern is the DNFs showing up as I also don’t want to he banned. The players effected by this should have the matches voided from their game history since the update released, and any pending possibility of ban timers being added be removed. This is also an issue in Arena playlists too.
