bigger then you think

I have been reading lots of forums lately and all the ones that are complaining are saying how this game won’t be as big as halo 3… Well in my opinion they’re very wrong… Halo 4’s hype is pretty big for information we have been given… Lots of people are talking about how its going to take its xbox throne back and i believe it will( in my opinion). Its not just halo fans that are talking about this game and excited for it… Lots of cod fans are actually excited for this game and they’re tired with cod. So in my opinion this game is going to be bigger then we expect.

Yeh It’s going to be the Top again, I don’t have a doubt in my mind…

people that complain its the same over and over and its boring will think differently now cause the major change coming…

It’ll be the Top in sales, and popularity. But I doubt it will be the top for a Halo game.

It would be nice to see Halo return to its respectable place.

People saying a new game from a classic series is going to topple CoD? Now where have I heard that one before?

I don’t think Battlefield was as big as Halo 3.

I believe it very well has the potential to take the top spot again. I believe having the campaign be focused on Master Chief alone will bring a lot of players back into Halo.

I believe a lot of what made people turned off by Halo Reach was that you played as a completely different spartan and it just didn’t feel like a true Halo game without the Master Chief.

Plus, I dont know what it is but I have a strong feeling that the marketing for this game is going to be huge. Like, on par with how Halo 3 was marketed with all the slushies, mountain dew game fuel, doritos, commercials, maybe trailers at the movies (I can dream), huge launch parties, etc. It’s going to be an awesome time.

We all knew reach wasn’t going to be that big but halo 4 will be

In terms of sales, it was far bigger. That said, that’s not what I’m talking about. I’m saying that every time a big series gets a new title, everybody goes mad saying “it’ll kill CoD!”, and it never does. CoD will fall one day, but to a new IP, and when people finally realise they want something fresh. Old classics aren’t going to cut it.

You do realise that’s basically how any AAA game is marketed nowadays?

Only big titles like halo and cod and possibly battlefield but not as a big as those 2

You don’t know that for sure. Unless if you can see the future. Which means that you can travel through at least 4 dimensions as you please. I’m jealous.

Halo: Reach really wasn’t AS big as Halo 3 even though it was a AAA title. The only thing I remember from the marketing of that game were the live action trailers, and mountain dew

Plus, I’m talking specifically about a Halo title’s marketing. I can give a rats -Yoink- about any other AAA title’s marketing technique.

This is border-line arrogant.
There’s nothing to suggest that Halo will ever be 1st again. BF, and even Fifa are higher than it. So are two CoD games.

If M-theory is correct, we’re all moving through 11 dimensions. Sadly our brains can only comprehend 3 of them, but hey…

To be honest the only reason why I think Battlefield or any game would beat Halo 3 in sales is just because there are much more people playing Xbox 360 now, compared to Halo 3 in 2007, which holds like what, 3rd place?

I’m sure if Halo 3 was released now, and it was just as popular, then it would be reigning. Hopefully Halo 4 can deliver.

ya but halo reach was a spin off and chief wasn’t in it and some reason that is a big deal for the halo players

Halo has beaten Cod before and it will do it again.

Halo has always been bigger than people think it is.
