The damages radius only needs a slight increase but the shock wave that pushes you needs to be a lot wider, like about 2x bigger, and the push distance almost 3 to 5 times bigger.

I don’t mind the lunge, but I don’t like that it now means you can’t get multikills on well-placed/lucky swings.

exactly, i missed getting killionaires from lots of killing in halo reach. if you were a pro you could last forever and always time it right when to swing and hit first. now you die too frequently. even if you are really good at this, getting past an over kill is not very common even for pros.
I most of the time trade swings with people. Not that i’m great at the game because i just play it for fun on occasion. However, you’re right about the swinging. You can time it to get a killing swing as far away as you can but you most likely will still trade with the person even if you are the best at timing.
Yea, there seem to be way more trades than with the original grav hammer.
