Big Team Super fiesta needs better maps

The Maps aren’t great. They’re quite ugly and low-quality, and quite a few of them are so big that I’m just running around trying to find SOMEONE. Furthermore I’m running into latency issues with these enormous maps. To be honest most BTB/BTSF (Big Team Super Fiesta) maps suck (except the Sandtrap remake, that one is the rare exception). Damn why can’t we play BTB/BTSF on smaller maps. How interesting would it be to play BTSF Plaza 8 versus 8. Why does 343 think that BTB/BTSF maps need to be these giant, enormous maps where people just camp with splasers and spawning with energy swords is next to useless. And especially the BTSF playlist only rotates like the same five fugly-@$$ maps. God I hate that one map with the rainforest vibe with the wraiths. It’s a joke how disgusting that map looks, like I’d rather be playing Halo: CE on xbox original. Assault on the Control Room on a CRT television set had better graphics than this. And the other map I hate is the one that’s sort of like Valhalla but 10 times bigger with the grav-lifts and the hornets/phaetons. The designer of that map does not know what fun is. Straight up ruining this playlist. What’s up 343.

Anyways, /rant.

You can always play regular Super Fiesta if you don’t like it. In fact, I hope you do so less people will be playing BTSF and regular BTB can stay instead.

But isn’t the Sandtrap remake (Altar) like, the biggest BTB map in Halo 5?

If you want to play BTB on smaller maps, I feel like you would be more at home playing regular Slayer. And as Lukepowa said, if you want to play BTSF on smaller maps, play regular Super Fiesta. Because BTB should be the playlist for big maps. Otherwise it’s barely different from normal Slayer. I think part of the reason why it was never very popular in Halo 5 is because many of its maps are actually more cramped and lacking in vehicle play compared to the ones in previous Halo games, and compared to Warzone maps for that matter. I’m surprised to see someone actually wanting them to be even smaller.

Disagree completely. Never had trouble finding people and the SF variant is full of sniper weapons. Not to mention there are a ton of vehicles on every map.

5 on 5 is plenty for plaza.

Just play regular super fiesta. Plaza is in the rotation.

also the community members who designed these maps never designed them for super fiesta. They were designed for btb.

It sickens my stomach a little knowing that Super Fiesta complaints are the future for BTB.
