They didn’t ruin BTB, they added something that people have been asking for quite some time. Normal BTIS is still there, with all it’s randomocity.

They added a classic type of BTB. Fans wanted it, and 343 gave it to them. Not everything is going to satisfy everybody’s interests. Did you ever play the old Halos?

I haven’t tried big team pro but it seems like its a step in the right direction.
Just because you don’t like something it doesn’t mean everyone else also dislikes it. If people keep voting for it, clearly other players like playing pro gametypes.
Do you love getting Camo Camped on ragnarok from the pelican OP? Do you?, Slayer Pro helps us older players have more Halo 3 like experiences
I could not disagree anymore with you. For me pro is the only thing that’s fun in BTIS. The gameplay is actually team oriented in pro and vehicle combat is actually possible and getting them actually matters.
The only real problem that Pro slayer has is that some maps aren’t balanced efficiently. the tank on exile can be a bit OP. so other than a few map issues slayer pro is great.
and if you really got this game just because of a few AA’s, I feel sorry for you because this game can have a lot more to offer than just AA based gameplay.
pro tip to all the people complaining about the vehicles in BTB PRO, the <mark>Carbine loadout</mark> starts with a PLASMA PISTOL. BOOM. you get to start with the PP. and EMP the things.
i believe if pro(but with motion trackers(and another one that stated with autos)) settings were the ones that game started with, that Halo 4 would be WAY more popular.

As for the OP it’s alright to be upset but perhaps you should tune back the hyper bull? BTB isn’t ruined but i get the frustration. I can’t play team action sack anymore because all people vote for is either binary slayer or lightning flag.
I actually enjoyed it, the missy and I always voted pro slayer in Reach when it would pop up. Extra options are always welcome.

people who like pro and what the gametype does to BTB, have had to play the infinity gametype in BTB for 7 months or not play at all. and then the OP comes in here like the pro setting are mandatory for you to play(pro tip, you can back out if you dont vote).

People play video games for different reasons. Halo has lost a lot of players. Just look at the count. It speaks for itself. there is a new game coming out that will finally blow Halo out of the water! So keep tweaking your halo, even that isn’t going to help!

because of the infinity settings, we wanted a classic experience, it should of been a separate playlist though
Only time ( and population figures ) will show if this is a good move or not. Imo it will just further divide the community.

Actually, that’s better than having a split, voting, and then getting outvoted and stuck - you then are either bailing on the team late and they are short - or you are playing an option you don’t want.
I was actually advocating having all three Pro or all three Infinity, so you can back out immediately, count to 10, and go back in and hopefully get what you want.
