When is the playlist most active? Can’t find any games currently

In all seriousness, it’s hard to find a match there these days if you’re playing solo. Wait times often exceed 15 minutes, and more often than not the game will timeout in the lobby. Considering this is the most recent Halo FPS title, I’m surprised that 343 and MS would let this playlist operate so poorly.

IMO, the population in BTB dropped off SIGNIFICANTLY within a few months of them completely nerfing the map options (the new forge maps are complete garbage, 343!).

Yeah after the update I know a lot of people that stopped playing it, myself included. Unfortunately I don’t see BTB surviving much longer in H5. Its a shame it was treated the way it was in H5, but hopefully 343 gives it the love it deserves when Infinite releases

1pm - 11pm PST is supposedly when you can find the most matches. The population dropped off after BTSF came into the rotation permanently and the weapon update didn’t really help things either.

What worries me is that 343 will use the low population as an excuse not to support BTB in Infinite when in fact 343 by design since Day 1 in Halo 5 BTB was always regarded as an afterthought in favor of their favorite child Warzone…

I’m doubting that. BTB is only dead because of BTSF and H5 is unique in that a good chunk of the population is composed of Super Fiesta players so that likely won’t transition over to Infinite unless 343 went all in with Fiesta.

BTBSF is a blast with a group. BTB ranked seems to be better than social as well
